Refund policy
At MEWOMEE INC., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unannounced returns sent back without prior email confirmation will not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@mewomee.ca. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective product), MEWOMEE INC. will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you discover any defects, damage, or errors in your order. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Sale items (unless defective or misdescribed)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@mewomee.ca.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the unwanted product (following the steps above) and place a new order.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Canadian consumer protection laws. If your product is defective, misdescribed, or does not meet reasonable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy even beyond the 14-day return period.
